Primary responsibilities include identifying and underwriting real estate investment opportunities in varying real estate markets as well as project budgeting, revenue forecasting and refi’s after project stabilization. Nicholas graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Business Finance.

After interning with Ampere Capital Group while attending University of Pennsylvania, Nicholas accepted a full-time position with the firm and continues to grow in his role.
