Senior Project Manager

Once a property has been acquired, Kelly is responsible for overseeing and executing on all aspects of the Entitlement and construction processes through to stabilization. She takes the lead as the initiator and organizer of the Entitlement process of obtaining the various sets of approvals and documentation needed for the right to develop a piece of land. Working with the engineers and architects to develop plans, as well legal teams and city entities to gain approvals, Kelly works to move the project through zoning and permitting.

As the principal project manager, she aids in creating budgets, timelines and processes over the full scope of a construction project. Kelly works closely with general contractors and subcontractors to establish timetables and material costs, giving direction throughout the development. Being the person responsible to give progress updates to investors, she is the point person at the center of the project.

Kelly is also Ampere’s in-house interior designer and branding liaison. She determines and documents all finish specifications, procures all material, and directs subcontractors through installation. She takes the lead on curating identities and hiring branding professionals for Ampere’s residential building and hospitality brands.

Kelly is a licensed real estate agent in Pennsylvania as well. Kelly graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Her previous work experience prior to real estate was in production and art direction.
